The Hydrant FLIGHT™ deck is a dialed-in, more precise version of Andy's Vajra.
While the Vajra shape was a challenge to develop, this one came easily to Andy. Reminiscent of the original Heron shape but smaller and symmetrical, it measures 8.25" at the waist, just under 8.5" at the widest, and has a 14.25" wheelbase. The square edge and slightly curved nose and tail deliver solid, stable pop, while the K26 concave and inner cuts create a front-foot pocket that makes Tre Flips and Varial Heelflips easier to flick. With its streamlined shape, pop, and responsive feel, the Hydrant shape is solid gold.

About Powell Peralta FLIGHT® Decks
Powell Peralta FLIGHT® decks are made in the USA at skateboard manufacturing facility in Ventura, CA. Materials include U.S. hard rock maple, high strength fiberglass, AirLam fused with epoxy resin and are warranted against delamination for their useful life. Graphics are created in-house using non-solvent based inks and paints to keep our atmosphere cleaner.
