If the product you ordered was not to your liking or suitable, you can return or exchange it.
At Beyond, we comply with the 14-day return and exchange right for online purchases, which must be completed within 14 days after the package has been picked up.
We do not accept products that have been with the customer for more than 14 days
The return fee is €5 and the original postage is not refunded.
Changing the product to a different size or to a different product will NOT cost the customer.
This is how you act in a return and exchange situation. (Posti and Matkahuolto)
1. Pack the package carefully and take it to a Posti or Matkahuolto office (not to the machine).
2. Add a receipt or a note inside the package stating that you are returning the product or changing the size or product.
3. At checkout, enter Beyond's return code Posti: 617841 or Matkahuolto: 9520722. In this case, there are no costs for the return when dealing with the freight company.
With shoe returns and exchanges, it is important that the shoe box remains salable.
If the shoe box alone is taped to be sent by post, then there will be tape marks and tears in the box, and we will not accept returns.
By packing the shoebox in a plastic bag, for example, the box stays good.
This is how you act in a return and exchange situation. (Helsinki and Jyväskylä store)
1. Take the product to be returned to the store and take the order receipt with you.
2. Return costs are NOT charged for pick-up orders.
3. There is no return right for products bought in the store, but there is a 14-day exchange right.

Refund and invoice update.
- We will update the Klarna invoices after the return.
- Orders paid through Paytrail are refunded through Paytrail. The money will be returned to the customer's account within 1-3 days of processing the return.
- Orders paid via PayPal are credited to the customer's PayPal account.
The return fee is €5. The return fee will be deducted when the money is paid back. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
For orders made with a Klarna invoice, we leave the original shipping cost and add a €5 return fee to the invoice.
If we determine that the product is used and do not accept the return, we will send the product back to the customer cash on delivery.
This cash on delivery includes the costs of the returned shipment of €9 and reshipment to the customer of €9, a total of €18.

Returns from outside Finland:
Customer must inform seller (Beyond Oy) latest on 14 days after order has been signed off from carrier or local post office. Only unused products will be accepted in return. Return will not be accepted it returned product is used or return is made after 14 days from arrival. Customer is in charge of all return costs (shipping/customs clearance) on all orders returned from outside Finland. When returned product/products arrive we will pay customer the total amount of the product/products. Original shipping costs from seller to customer will not be paid back.
