Return policy
If the product you ordered is not to your liking or does not fit, you can return or exchange it. At Beyond, we comply with the 14-day return and exchange right for online purchases, which must be completed within 14 days after the package has been picked up. After this period, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that products purchased in-store have a 14-day exchange policy, but are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns or exchanges at our store are always free of charge.
- Exchanging a product for a different size or another item via Posti or Matkahuolto is free of charge.
- Returns via Posti or Matkahuolto are subject to a 5 € fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Exchanges and returns are handled within 14 days.
This is how you act in a return and exchange situation: Posti and Matkahuolto
- Please include a receipt or a note inside the package stating whether you are returning the item or exchanging it for a different size or product. For online orders, a link to our return form was included in your order confirmation, but a handwritten note works just as well. :)
- Please pack the item securely and drop it off at a Posti or Matkahuolto service point. Note: Returns cannot be made via parcel lockers.
- At the counter, provide Beyond’s return code: 617841 for Posti or 9520722 for Matkahuolto.
- With shoe returns and exchanges, it is important that the shoe box remains salable. If the shoe box alone is taped to be sent by post, then there will be tape marks and tears in the box, and we will not accept returns. By packing the shoebox in a plastic bag, for example, the box stays good.
Returns or exchanges in-store
- Please visit our store to return the product. Be sure to have your receipt with you.
- If the product is available in-store, you will receive it immediately.
- Otherwise, processing takes 2–5 business days
Refunds and invoice updates
- Once your return is processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 1–3 days.
- We will update your Klarna invoice once the return has been processed.
- PayPal payments are refunded directly to your PayPal account.
The 5 € return fee will be deducted at the time of the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders placed with a Klarna invoice, the 5 € return fee will be added to the invoice.
International return instructions
Return Notification: Please notify us of your return before shipping the product by contacting our customer service via email. In your message, please include the following: order number, the product being returned, reason for return.
Packing Instructions: Pack the item securely, return the product in its original packaging, ensure the product is unused and in resalable condition, include your order number or a return form inside the package.
Shipping: Send the return as a parcel or via registered mail (use trackable shipping method) to the following address: Beyond Oy, Gummeruksenkatu 7, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland
Customs and Markings: If the return is sent from outside the EU, please mark the customs form with: "Returned goods". This helps avoid potential customs duties and taxes.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.
Refunds: Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price to the original payment method.Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 days of the return being handled.
Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product has arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service before making a return. Please attach a photo of the product to your message.
Once you have received the tracking number for your return, please provide it to us via email.
Problem situations
- If the return is not accepted, we will ship the product back to you via Cash on Delivery.
