Payment methods

At the Beyond Store online shop, we offer several payment methods for secure and flexible checkout. You can pay for your purchases via online banking, card payments, Klarna invoice and installments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. See below for more detailed information on each payment method. Online banking and card payments are processed by Paytrail.

Delivery methods, within Finland

Delivery time for orders within Finland is just one (1) business day!

Depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. We ship orders via Posti and Matkahuolto. Orders are dispatched on the following business day. However, we aim to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM (14:00) on the same day.

Matkahuolto: Delivery to Matkahuolto lockers and pickup points generally takes 1–2 business days (including Saturdays in larger cities). You’ll be notified via SMS or email once your package is ready to be collected.

Posti: Orders are delivered to the Posti pickup point or parcel locker of your choice. Shipping time is 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified via SMS or email once your package is available for collection.

Delivery methods, international orders

International orders are shipped via DHL. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Pick up from Beyond stores, Jyväskylä & Helsinki

You can also pick up your order from our stores and save on shipping costs. Orders for the Jyväskylä store are delivered on the following business day. For the Helsinki store, the delivery time is approximately three business days after the order has been received.

• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
• Orders are released in-store upon presentation of a valid ID.
• If someone other than the person who placed the order is picking it up, this must be mentioned in the additional information field of the order.
• Note! Orders paid via Klarna invoice will only be released to the person named on the invoice upon presentation of a valid ID.

Documents

• The order receipt will be sent to the customer via email.
• The receipt provides a breakdown of the prices for the ordered products, applicable tax rates, and delivery costs.
• A paper version of the receipt is not included with the shipment.
• A packing list is included with the delivery. All documents include the contact information for both the customer and the seller.
