Greetings from our warehouse

In the beginning, our operations focused on running and developing the brick-and-mortar store. Right from the opening, the store’s selection featured strong brands like adidas and Vans. As the business got rolling, the brand selection also grew and evolved to match the trends of the time. Ever since our founding, Beyond’s core principle has been to look at the world around us with an open mind and to curiously seek out new brands for our selection.

After a few years, the retail space in Torikeskus started to feel too small, and a new, more suitable space was found right within the same shopping center. Around the same time, the need for a proper online store grew, and in the summer of 2010, the first official Beyond webstore was launched. Following the launch, social media strengthened its presence and permanently changed the opportunities for online retail. As operations expanded, there was once again a need for a larger commercial space and a better logistical location. In 2014, new premises were found on Kauppakatu in Jyväskylä, where our store is still located today.

In 2017, we moved our online store and warehouse operations to separate premises just a stone's throw away from the shop. Shortly after, in 2018, we opened a store in Helsinki as well. Beyond Helsinki is located in Kaisaniemi, in the immediate vicinity of the central railway station.

Did you know that placing an online order with us can feel just like a quick visit to our Jyväskylä or Helsinki stores? If an item available in-store is missing from our online warehouse, we’ll quickly grab it from the shelf or rack for you, pack it up, and send it on its way to your doorstep.
