NNormal was founded in 2022 between Kilian Jornet, the world’s most successful trail runner, and Camper, the family-owned footwear brand renowned for its heritage in leather craftsmanship. Jornet’s unparalleled experience in mountaineering, trail running, and ski touring—combined with Camper’s robust expertise in shoe design and production—has enabled a completely new approach to manufacturing running shoes.

The foundation of NNormal’s responsible production lies in a shared vision between Jornet and Camper: the outdoor industry needs a new way to create and consume products. Timelessness and durability are the most important criteria for every product in their collection. The longer gear lasts, the smaller its environmental impact. NNormal is driven by a passion to create products built for long-term use.

NNormal donates 1% of its sales to environmental causes through the Kilian Jornet Foundation (as part of the 1% for the Planet movement).

The name NNormal is a nod to its origins, combining Nor-way and Mal-lorca. Norway: Where Jornet currently lives and tests the products on rugged mountain trails. Mallorca: Where Camper was founded and where their design and production expertise remains rooted today.
